We are a mobile health & wellness company serving the IL-WI Stateline area. We bring programs, classes, and personal training to you! Our in-home, virtual, and on-location services come from a background in science as well as fitness-medical integration. We believe movement & nutrition are the best things a person can do to be healthy.

Lifestyle

There are countless ways to live and just as many pieces of advice about healthy living—especially for women. Trying to navigate it all can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. We help you cut through the noise and focus on what matters most.

A big part is establishing habits that support you now and as you age. Regular exercise is so important, but not the only factor. We look at the overall rhythm of your life as well as some of the details. Often, small, focused adjustments can lead to big, positive changes. Corrective Exercise

Corrective Exercise (CE) addresses common imbalances in the musculoskeletal system. Think posture, alignment, and often pain relief. Through self myofacial release (massage), strength training, and stretching these specific exercises will be what your body needs to move better. This type of training is immensely beneficial if you are recovering from an illness or injury, have a chronic condition, or other barriers to movement. CE can benefit athletes, young adults, and others as well.

Yoga

Yoga nurtures and maintains the mind and body. Our method is anchored around asanas (physical postures). Many of the asanas we use include isometric holds, which are a gentle way to gain and keep our foundational strength. These poses are easy on the joints and many include stretching and balance to help keep us moving through life. Yoga has a myriad of benefits and we highly recommend some type or another for everyone. We offer Individual Yoga as well as group classes.
