With over a decade of experience with clients, and with a background in science and fitness-medical integration, she helps individuals and professionals turn knowledge into action. Megan believes that a healthy lifestyle—built on simple, consistent daily habits—is the foundation for happier, stronger, and more resilient lives.

She is passionate about empowering aging adults, those with health conditions, and anyone managing chronic pain. Through personalized programs, Megan helps clients move better, build confidence, and cultivate a mindset that supports lasting wellness.
