Sunrise Yoga

An early riser’s treat, Sunrise Yoga!

Come join us for invigorating yet relaxing yoga classes on the beautiful grounds of Beloit’s Riverside Park! During this outdoor class you will connect with nature, watch the sun rise, and awaken your senses.  You will move, strengthen and stretch your body as the river flows. No previous yoga experience necessary. Must be able to get up/down from the ground.

Details:

Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM) & dress for the weather.

Who? Teens & Adults ages 13+ (children must be accompanied by an adult)

When? Recurring on Saturdays 6:30-7:30am through fair weather months. (No class on 5/23 and 7/4) Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class.

Terms & Conditions: To keep our programs running smoothly we don’t allow refunds, exchanges, or make ups. In case of a light warm rain, we will use the Harry Moore Pavilion. We’re proud to partner with the Clinton Community School District through their Community Activities Program! Join us for an invigorating yet relaxing yoga class designed to help you build balance, strength, and flexibility.

This thoughtfully designed 60-minute class combines movement and rest to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body. A balanced mix of standing and seated postures will support joint health, improve posture, build stability, and core strength. The class is gentle yet appropriately challenging and suitable for all experience levels. Participants must be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor.

Please bring your own yoga mat and dress for the weather as we may hold class outside on a nice day.

Join us for an outdoor yoga class at G5 Brewing Company where movement meets great craft beer! When you purchase a ticket, you’ll enjoy 60 minutes of relaxed, beginner-friendly yoga in the fresh air, followed by a well-earned pint of beer from G5.

This class is all about having fun, moving your body, and connecting with others. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, you are welcome. After class, stick around, grab your pint, and hang out with fellow yogis—it’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend.

We are partnering with the Humane Society of Jefferson County (HSJC) to give you a fun experience to meet some adorable adoptable cats (often kittens!) while practicing yoga. Bonding with cats can provide emotional support and a reduction of negative emotions. Yoga has been shown to provide stress relief while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Put them together and you have the purrrfect class with a myriad of benefits for both mind and body. You will get to hang out with cats, you will get to do yoga, and for every participant $10 will be donated back to the HSJC!

Who? Adults and children ages 10+ Children must be accompanied by an adult. A wonderful way to introduce your kids to yoga in a fun engaging way. Spend time with them and teach them the importance of health and wellness! No kids in your life? Come on your own or bring a friend. This class will not disappoint, but it may meow.
