Using behavior change techniques and meaningful discussions we will work with you as a team to find the best healthy lifestyle systems, processes, and mindsets for you. Together, we’ll set small meaningful goals and build habits that fit your life—so you can feel your best, inside and out.

    Specifically, wellness coaching supports people who are entering a new life stage, noticing shifts that often occur during the natural aging transitions in their 40s and 60s, or learning how to live well with a chronic condition. Our work focuses on improving your lifestyle so you can enjoy a longer health span, no matter what obstacles you’re facing.

    Clients come with all kinds of goals: adjusting nutrition as metabolism changes, losing weight in a sustainable and realistic way, sleeping better, managing stress, protecting bone health through strength training, or finding movement that honors injuries without losing progress. Others simply need a dedicated space to breathe, reset, and focus on themselves after years of putting everyone else first.
