About

Meet Megan

A woman with short gray hair smiling and sitting cross-legged on a blue yoga mat, holding a black and white puppy in her lap, in a bright room with teal walls and a window showing trees outside.

I’m Megan Sol, founder of Lifestyle Focus Fitness, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and an instructor in yoga, group fitness, and self-defense.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked with people of different ages, abilities, health concerns, and starting points. My background in science, movement, behavior change, and fitness-medical integration has shaped the way I think about health—but so has simply paying attention to how we live.

I believe movement is for everyone. Whether you’re an active parent with barely a minute to spare, an aging adult who wants to stay strong and independent, or someone managing pain, limitations, or a health condition, there is almost always something you can do. The challenge is finding movement that works for your body, your circumstances, and your life.

My job isn’t to change your life for you. It’s to be a credible source of information, an excellent trainer and instructor, and a resource that helps you understand your options, keep things simple, and learn the way forward.

Why Lifestyle Focus Fitness?

Lifestyle Focus Fitness grew out of years of working with people and recognizing three areas that consistently made a difference—not a single workout, program, or product, but a combination of how we live, how we move, and how we find balance.

LIFESTYLE · CORRECTIVE EXERCISE · YOGA

The LFF Approach

Wellness Beyond Four Walls

We believe healthy experiences should be part of everyday community life.

Lifestyle Focus Fitness partners with local businesses, schools, colleges, nonprofits, and community organizations to bring movement and wellness into the places people already live, work, learn, and connect.
