Do You Offer Virtual Services or In-Person?

We offer both, but it depends on location, need, and service.

Can I Buy Online?

If you are purchasing services in our shop or with one of our partners, yes. Personal training is slightly different. If you are a returning client, yes. We like to speak with each of our new clients before they purchase to make sure we are on the same page and they get what they need. We also need to complete waivers and medical clearances for exercise.

What Are Your Terms And Conditions?

Once we decide to work together and you become our client, we’ll send you a waiver and an agreement laying out the terms. These things prevent confusion around guidelines, expectations, or rules. To keep things simple, we do not allow refunds.
