When? Saturdays 6:30-7:30am. If possible, please let us know what day you plan to attend. Last class is October 25th, but additional sessions may be added if weather allows.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet the group, place your mat, and sign the waiver. Dress for the weather and Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM!)
